Returns & Refunds

At Dusksail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and in its original condition.

In its original packaging (with all protective materials for ceramics).

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We value transparency regarding return costs:

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged, broken, or is incorrect, Dusksail will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong item, or simply no longer want it, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. RESTOCKING FEE
Good news! We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@dusksail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS
Given the fragile nature of our products (porcelain/ceramics), please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If the item is broken or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the box.

We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately (no need to return broken glass/ceramics in some cases).
6. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Gift cards.

Items on clearance sale (unless defective).
7. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@dusksail.com.
